Tier limits count variants using pricing rules, rather than the number of rules.
Prices are in USD and show current public rates. Active add-ons keep their saved rate while remaining on the same tier. Cancelling ends price protection; reactivating or changing tiers uses the current offer. Your in-app offer may differ.
