Start with the policy for the product you use. It explains the store information and app usage data handled by that app.
Product-specific policies
The standard app policies describe store information, feature usage, error and performance logs, and information you provide through support. The information accessed varies by product; Measura Scale Bridge has its own policy.
Protect integration credentials
Measura server API keys are tied to a Shopify store. Keep them on your server and out of theme code, public repositories, and support screenshots. The browser-based Storefront API has a separate integration guide.
Share only what support needs
Describe the app, the affected workflow, and the steps to reproduce a problem. Remove customer details, payment information, passwords, and API secrets from screenshots or logs before sending them.
